EarnRapport is a mobile application that provides AI-powered business conversation practice. Users engage in simulated conversations with AI personas to improve their professional communication skills.
You must create an account to use EarnRapport. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
Free Tier: EarnRapport offers limited free access including 2 practice sessions in the Coffee Shop world.
EarnRapport Pro: A paid subscription that unlocks all worlds, unlimited sessions, custom scenario creation, and full progress tracking. Subscription options include monthly and annual plans.
Billing: All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms for in-app purchases.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

EarnRapport uses artificial intelligence to generate conversation responses, scenarios, and feedback. AI-generated content is provided for educational and practice purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI responses for any real-world business situation. All characters, companies, and scenarios are fictional.
The app, including its design, code, content, and AI models, is owned by EarnRapport. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
EarnRapport is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Practice scenarios are for educational purposes and should not be considered professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarnRapport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
